Modular sleeping bag system mss. Click on the photo to enlarge. Made for the us military with superior materials and workmanship. Not a cheap inferior imitation! All components in this setup are in very good condition! All components are in very good condition. Used condition – may show some fading. But no holes rips or tears.
This is a great system! Each bag can be used independently for warmer weather or joined together for colder weather. Use separately as fully functional independent sleeping bags, or combine together for maximum warmth and comfort!
When all 3 bags are combined and fastened together, the sleep system is rated to -40°! All components are genuine military issue from government stock. This is a 3-part system and the. The bivy cover is made of durable waterproof 3 layer gore-tex fabric.
Rated for temperatures to +30. Reversible double pull slider which allows the top or bottom to aerate. Non-locking slide fastner self repairs if jammed or snagged.
The hood adjusts for heat retention. Rated for temperatures to -10. Foot area contains twice the insulation as the rest of the bag to keep feet toasty warm. Quilted chest collar prevents air drafts. Hood also adjusts for heat retention.
