Not a cheap inferior imitation! The us army patrol sleeping bag is one of the best bags on the market. It features rip stop nylon outer shell od green in color and is non flammable and machine washable. The sleeping bag is light weight (2.5 lbs) (1.1 kg) and has a comfort rating of 30-50.
The bag has a heavy duty zipper about 4.5 feet long (137.2 cm), making getting in and out easy. It has an adjustable mummy style hood.
All the sleeping bags are inspected for tears, holes, and inoperative zippers. Any necessary repairs have been made. You will receive a used, clean sleeping bag.

This genuine us military issue woodland camo gore-tex bivy cover is manufactured by the tennier corporation for the us military, and is made from 3 layer gore-tex fabric, which is windproof and waterproof. It is used with the modular sleep system (mss), but it can also be used with the patrol, or intermediate cold weather sleeping bag, or any sleeping bag. The bivy cover has a zippered closure with storm flap, and snaps for attaching it to either the patrol or intermediate sleeping bag. The bivy cover is 85 inches long, 35 inches wide at the shoulders, and 28 inches wide at the feet. This is the best bivy sack/sleeping bag cover on the market. 85″ long x 35″ at widest x. Not a cheap inferior imitation! Genuine us military 4 piece modular sleep system. The modular sleep system (mss) is a modular sleeping bag system used by the united states armed forces. The mss consists of 4 individual components the make up the complete mss modular sleep system.
The green patrol bag provides cold weather protection from 35° to 50° fahrenheit. The black intermediate bag provides cold weather protection from minus 5° to 35° fahrenheit.
When used together, the patrol bag and intermediate bags provide extreme cold weather protection in temperatures as low as minus 40° fahrenheit when used with ecwcs. The bivy cover can be used with each of three mss configurations (green patrol, black intermediate, or combined) to be compatable with the environment in which the system is being used. The bivy cover provides environmental protection from wind and water. The sleeping bags are made of ripstop nylon fabric and continuous filament polyester insulation.
These will show signs of use and in some cases will either need some minor repairs (such as sewing or patches) or. Shows signs of having been repaired, compression sack may have missing or broken buckles.
