The intermediate cold bag is part of the modular sleep system but can be used as a stand alone sleeping bag. Made of water resistant (not waterproof). Ripstop nylon shell and inner-lining is a soft nylon. Synthetic fill material is light weight polyester hollow fiber. Snap fasteners for optional attachment to other mss bags. Good down to -10 degrees. Adjustable drawcord closure at top and velcro tab. Durable zipper closure on side with pulls on both ends. With non locking slider which self-repairs if jammed or snagged.
Sealed seams for durability and warmth retention. You will receive (1) intermediate cold black sleeping bag. Condition: acceptable to good condition. These surplus intermediate bags are previously issued to us soldiers and are used but are in acceptable.
These will show signs of use and in some cases will either need some minor repairs (such as sewing or patches) or. All repairs (if any) are professional repairs made by the military – not by us! These bags may have some flaws or a small. Amount of damage to them, but can easily be repaired and will have years left in them. So what kind of damage are we talking about here?
To give you an example, it could be things like holes or tears that will be repairable. Elastic cords or barrel locks may be missing. They could have a stain, dirt or even dust from storage. Signs of use will include things like. Fuzz on the velcro or paint rubbed off zipper pull, possibly fading, maybe a soldier’s name or government markings.
Please read listing in full. The number of days to deliver is an estimate only, once it leaves our door, it is in the hands of the post office. Or on saturdays when possible, but this is not guaranteed. Please understand that you are purchasing used surplus merchandise.
When it comes to condition, please know that each piece will not be. Exactly the same condition and no two pieces of surplus gear are alike. Therefore, we rate them in “ranges” of quality. Each person’s perception of quality will differ.
