These are brand new without tag, out of the plastic bag. 4-piece modular sleep system mss military sleeping bags w/ goretex bivy ecws new unissued / without tags. Genuine us military issue modular sleep system (mss). National stock number 8465-01-445-6274. These us military-issued sleep systems are brand new.

They are mummy-style sleeping bags and include the patrol bag. Intermediate sleeping bag, gore-tex bivy cover, and compression stuff sack. This is a great system! Each bag can be used independently for warmer weather or joined together for colder weather. Use separately as fully functional independent sleeping bags, or combine together for maximum warmth and comfort!

When all 3 bags are combined and fastened together, the sleep system is rated to -40°! All components are genuine military issue from government stock. Bivy cover – the bivy cover is made of durable waterproof 3 layer gore-tex fabric. Color – woodland camoflauge. Material – goretex 3 layer waterproof. Nsn number – 8465-01-416-8517. Patrol sleeping bag – rated for temperatures to +30. Reversible double pull slider which allows the top or bottom to aerate. Non-locking slide fastner self repairs if jammed or snagged. The hood adjusts for heat retention. Material – water resistant, rip-stop nylon. Nsn number – 8465-01-398-0685. Intermediate sleeping bag – rated for temperatures to -10. Foot area contains twice the insulation as the rest of the bag to keep feet toasty warm. Quilted chest collar prevents air drafts. Hood also adjusts for heat retention.

Nsn number – 8465-01-398-0687. Compression stuff sack – compressible to one cubic foot. Nylon drawcord closure with a barrel lock.
May be either 6 strap or 9 strap. Nsn number – 8465-01-398-5428.
