Bivy Cover features: Made of durably waterproof and windproof 3-layer GORE-TEX® fabric. When combined with Patrol and ICW bags, the system is rated to climates -20 and to -50° with proper clothing. Approved by all departments and agencies of the Department of Defense. Includes snap fastener and slide fastener.
