My wife bought it NEW in Seattle Jan 2016 and never used it. It has all the tags still attached and is in the original Goose Down Bag. The bag is inside the white feathered friends bag, there is a yellow bag that probably holds it when you toss out the nice white bag. All tags are showing and pictures are of the actual item.
