The 4 Piece System is made up of the Following. A Woodland Camouflaged, Waterproof, Breathable Gore-Tex Bivy Cover. A Lightweight Olive Drab Green Patrol Sleeping Bag. A Black Intermediate Cold Weather Sleeping Bag. And a Compression Stuff Sack is included to Store and Carry the System. The Green Patrol Bag Provides Cold Weather Protection from 35° to 50° Fahrenheit. The Black Intermediate Bag Provides Cold Weather Protection from Minus 5° to 35° Fahrenheit. When used together, the Patrol Bag and Intermediate Bags Provide Extreme Cold Weather Protection in Temperatures as Low as Minus 40° Fahrenheit when used with ECWCS. The Bivy Cover can be used with Each of Three MSS Configurations (Green Patrol, Black Intermediate, or Combined) to be Compatable with the Environment in which the System is Being Used. The Bivy Cover Provides Environmental Protection from Wind and Water. The Sleeping Bags are made of Ripstop Nylon Fabric and Continuous Filament Polyester Insulation. The Woodland Camouflage Bivy Cover is made with Waterproof, Breathable, Coated or Laminated Nylon Fabric called Gore-Tex. The Compression Sack is made with Water-Resistant, Durable Nylon Fabric. Genuine US Military Issue Modular Sleep System MSS. They are Mummy-Style Sleeping Bags and Include the Olive Drab Green Patrol Bag, Black Intermediate Sleeping Bag, Woodland Camo Gore-tex Bivy Cover, and Black Compression Stuff Sack. This is a Great System! Each Bag can be used Independently for Warmer Weather or Joined Together for Colder Weather. Use Separately as Fully Functional Independent Sleeping Bags, or Combine Together for Maximum Warmth and Comfort! This is a beautiful expedition-quality Western Mountaineering Puma Gore-Tex DryLoft. Sleeping bag (has 5 ounces of overfill), 6′ length. It’s in excellent condition with no stains, tears, punctures or rips of any kind. When not in use it’s been stored uncompressed in a cool, dry basement. It’s just been hand-washed with Nikwax down soap and tumble-dried on low heat for several hours. Bag is like new! 850+ fill power goose down. 8.5 loft, (around -35° F with overfill). With overfill now 40 oz. Gore DryLoft draft tubes. Includes a really nice Granite Gear compression/stuff-sack and the large Western Mountaineering storage bag. Check out my other items.
