The construction is a tuck stitched continuous baffle construction. The tuck stitch fixes the baffles to the outside and inside shell, by stitching though two layers of fabric, which is extremely solid. The Swing offers a well-shaped hood that, together with a efficient draft collar, offers an effective closing, minimizing heat loss in low temperatures – yet at the same time allows the bag to offer a great ventilation possibility in higher temperatures. The raised foot box offers maximum protection for the feet with a nice feel of comfort. But the real beauty of the Swing is the balance between the sheer volume on the body section and the sheer volume on the leg section. With 800-fill duck down insulation stuffed throughout this quilt, you’ll stay warm in this sleeping bag, even in temperatures as low as 30F. Compared to other backpacking quilts, this one has an oversized design for increased comfort that helps prevent you from slipping out of it while you’re sleeping.
