When all 3 bags are combined inside each other and fastened together, the modular sleep system is rated to -40 degrees! These modular sleeping bags are mummy-style bags and include the Green Patrol Bag, Black Intermediate Sleeping Bag, Woodland Camo Gore-tex Bivy Cover, and Black Nylon Compression Stuff Sack. Each component can be used separately for warmer weather conditions or joined together for colder weather conditions. The 4 modular sleeping bag components include. Green Patrol Sleeping Bag This bag, when used alone is rated for temps down to 30 degrees F. It’s ripstop nylon with polyester fill and is water resistant. It has a reversible double pull zipper which allows the top or bottom end to ventilate and also includes a draft overlapping flap to prevent heat loss. Includes draw string for hood. Black Intermediate Sleeping Bag This bag (the black fits inside the green) is rated for temps down to -10 degrees F. It has a foot box at the bottom that contains double the insulation as the rest of the bag for more warmth. The chest collar prevents air drafts. Like the green patrol, this bag is also ripstop nylon with polyester fill and is water resistant. By placing the black inside the green, and both inside the goretex bivy cover you can weather temperatures down to -30. Woodland Camo Gortex Bivy Cover The bivy cover is made of durable 3-layer GORE-TEX fabric. It is waterproof and windproof and can pr. Otect you and your s. Leeping bags in nasty or cold weather. Ncludes snap fastener and zipper slide fasteners. Black Compression Stuff Sack. For travelling with and transporting your sleep system. Compresses to one cubic foot or so.
