British Army Surplus Mk2 Arctic Sleeping Bag. DOES NOT COME WITH A COMPRESSION SACK. A Great quality down and feather filled hard to find Sleeping bag. All nylon construction, feather and down filled, these sleeping bags have been in storage for a few years. As with all “old style” sleeping bags, the feathers are always trying to escape. To avoid being “pricked” to death we recommend using a sleeping bag liner. Considering the age of them (manufactured in the 1980′s) they still loft up remarkably well, although they will show signs of age and storage. They will have signs of. And may have been repaired internally or externally. They have full length central crash zip which is covered by a good size baffle. Images are representative of the bag you will receive. Don’t pass up this beautiful brown label The North Face goose down sleeping bag in dark green. They do not make them like this anymore. According to my kitchen scales the bag weighs 4lbs 2.4oz. Stuff bag weighs 2.8oz. 4lbs 5.2oz overall but it is a kitchen scale… Bag is 7′ long and about 28 wide. Contact me with any questions. Stuff sack nylon is free from rips or tears but the interior lining is peeling away, see photo. This issue in no way detracts from the sleeping bag. Zpacks 35 Degree long bag, with 900 fillpower down. 3/4 zip with enclosed footbox. Includes Zpacks cuben fiber waterproof rolltop stuffsack, but no large storage bag. Weight is 15.2 oz (without stuffsack); stuffsack weight is. 6 oz for a total of 15.8 oz on my digital scale. Fits me well and Im just over 6 tall. Actual length is 72, width at the top is 60when unzipped or about 29-30 when fully zipped up. I used it a few nights and it has been sitting in my closet ever since. Previous owner stated it had about 10-15 nights of use, so probably about 15-20 nights total, always with base layers, socks, etc in a tent or bivy. Clean, no damage, no smells, etc. Great high quality bag in great condition! Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
