Marmot knows how to do down gear. This is the puffiest, warmest down bag Ive seen in quite some time. This Marmot CWM is a -40C/F long bag. It has Marmots MemBrain waterproof shell fabric. The fabric is soft to the touch, yet durable. As with most Marmot products the lining fabric is very smooth, soft and slick. Its almost begging you to get in and cuddle up inside of it, snug up the collar, close down the puffy hood around your face and nod off to dreamland, no matter the temps outside. FYI: I will be out of town for the New Year, returning on Jan 1st. TERN II , 1.1 GOREtex SHELL, DOWN SLEEPING BAG. Finished regular fit and LONG and extra down, overfilled….. Extra room at feet to dry out boots , cloths etc. Will fit person to 6 foot 6 inch…. I know label says reg , likely reg width with lz or long in length. Was custom made as long with extra down added…. See last pic of 6 foot ruler along bag Bag is about 30 inch at largest width measured at exterior of bag , see other pic Rated -25 C, that’s minus 25 Celsius. Believe it was a 650 or 700 weight down. Believe about 5 1/2 lbs. Very comfortable , contoured interior, contoured foot box so toes do not compress down at tie ends, toes stray warm. VERY WARM AND LIGHT WEIGHT. Snaps and adjustable shock cords at head etc. WILL COMPRESS TO FIT PACK. Some wrinkling or puckering of gore exterior. Typical and due to aging gore material. Material works fine as designed. Wrinkling is an aesthetic concern only. Will not accept return due to this appearance “defect”. It’s not a fashion show! Never had problems with zipper on this bag… Full zip, interior collar with three snaps and shock cord. Hoody fully insulated, contoured with its shock cord. Zip top has snap as well. Clean, no odors, no rips, stored uncompressed in cotton bag in controlled climate. Non smoke no pet home. Treated like my first born. ! Sorry to see it go. Marmot Col -20 Sleeping Bag, Size Regular, 775 Down Goose Fill. I bought it new and used it on 2 trips. It has been stored with proper care, not stuffed in the small sack. Includes large and small stuff sacks that came with the sleeping bag. The large one has my last name in marker on the bag as seen in the picture. It was used on several trips with other sleeping bags. The small one has a plastic coating on the inside that is peeling away from the nylon sack. The sack has been stored and I think it is peeling from age. I would not use it with this sleeping bag anymore. If you have any questions please ask.
