This is a great bag. The lightest 20F bag I’ve owned. It weighs 1lb 14.5oz. It is 1.5oz over spec. But I suspect that that 1.5oz is down and the reason why this lofts more than the 5 that it’s spec’ed at. Made with a Pertex Quantum outer shell and a 22 denier lining. It feels great against the skin and is suprisingly strong. The bag has a 24 chest zip that vents well and allows me to wear the bag and use my arms at the same time. The FootVent works well. There is no accidental opening of the vent and it seals up completely and doesn’t leak. The hood comfortably wraps my head and creates a breathing hole right at the mounth. The quality of the stitching is topnotch. Uses 800 fill down and lofts to 6. It actually is more like a 10-15F bag. The girth at the shoulders is 60″ and it is 72″ long. This is a very sweet bag. He also said that hed snagged the zipper on the flap which caused a minor hole. He then used Tenacious Tape along the full length to repair and prevent any future repeat snags. Its a regular length bag and is a little on the short side for me, Im 60 and 180lbs. Even so, its one of the best bags Ive slept in.
