Marmot Atom Down Sleeping Bag Long Left Zip 40 degree Ultralight Backpacking. Bag is in excellent condition with the exception of the damage repaired (described below and pictured) which is minimal and does not affect the function of the item at all. Item has been used for approximately 2 dozen nights and functions like new. Zippers slide cleanly, no stains, down is fully intact. The bag is in great shape and works perfectly. Bag has been stored loosely in its storage sack and has not been stored compressed to ensure down has full loft. Bag includes original mesh storage bag and stuff sack to compress to less than 6 liters in size. Lightweight, small and excellent for backpacking! Small, 2 tear in shell at foot box has been repaired using tenacious tape and Aquaseal very thoroughly. Repair has been done according to REI instructions and has shown no issues and functions without any problems. No down was lost when damage was incurred and the bag has been used multiple times since this repair with no issues. Great for summer and shoulder-season outings, the long Marmot Atom bag is filled with high-quality, water-resistant 800-fill-power goose down and features a fold-down second zipper for ventilation. Certified 800+-fill-power goose down is treated with Down Defender to improve water resistance in wet conditions. Sewn-through, smooth-curved, stretch tricot baffles keep down from shifting. Nautilus multi-baffle hood with drawcord limits heat loss. Anatomic footbox with wraparound construction increases warmth. Fold-down second zipper adds ventilation and easy access. Pertex® Microlight ripstop nylon shell is ultralight yet strong and durable. Locking YKK 2-way zippers with zip-guard sliders are backed with snagless, insulated draft tubes. Zipper garage keeps zipper pull in its place during the night. 2 hang loops for storing or airing out bag. Stuff and storage sack included. Best Use – Backpacking. Feathered Friends Sleeping bag 0 degree for camping, hiking. Condition is lightly used. I used this as a top cover for car camping one time on vacation. I currently live in Florida and simply have no use for it. Having said that its an excellent piece of gear and I hate to see it not being put to good use.
