White goose down filling material, comfortable and keep warm. Down is fluffy, sleeping bag is light, but it’s warm. Down is very soft and light. There is a small gap between down and down, which causes the air convection in the sleeping bag to be bad. It can form a layer of insulation layer which is isolated from the outside, so that the outside cold air is not easy to reach the inside, and the inside hot air is not easy to reach the outside, so that the temperature can be maintained. Condition is used very good. This sleeping bag is in fantastic shape for its age and has only been used once or twice over the years, if at all. Has some fading/yellowing near the edge of the inner blue lining (where the bag edge is exposed when it rolls up – see photos) probably a result of sitting in storage and age. Otherwise the sleeping bag is in excellent condition with no other noticeable imperfections. There may be some dust or a loose feather from the goosedown here or there. A good cleaning would be recommended to really clean it up nicely. I believe it is reversible (not 100% certain) with green nylon lining for the outer shell and light blue nylon inner lining. Handy zippered storage pocket w/ Gander Mountain logo on the outside top corner of the bag. Measures approximately 82-84″ inches in length and 32-34″ inches in width while zipped shut. Western Mountaineering Apache 15F Goretex Wind Stopper Large Down Sleeping Bag. Used only a few times for winter Southern Appalachian bivy sac trips. In like new condition. Slim cut, long bag. At 5′-10 I could easily keep boots from freezing in a stuff sac at my feet without feeling like bag was too short. Overfilled with down so weighs 2 pounds 14 ounces. Still has 6 of loft. Always stored loose in cotton bag, included. Stored in a pet free hypoallergenic home. Relisted as bought by a gentlemen 6′-4+. It is not that long. Check pictures for actual measurements. FYI — I will list my items once. If they do not sell they can go back into my stash of active use items. Only motivation to sell is I do not use them often enough. Watching is not going to see a lot of change. If you want it make an offer.
1965 COMFY Sleeping Bag Comfy-Seattle Quilt Co. Olin 50 Year Vintage. Vintage, 55+ year old, Comfy Sleeping bag in excellent condition. No tears, rips or repair jobs. Probably only used a few times. Olive green exterior and orange interior colors. I couldn’t find a tag with the filling material, but I assume it’s down based on the weight of the bag. Heavy duty zipper works flawlessly.
