This patented state of the art system has been tested and proven effective by the military for bivouacking in all types of inclement weather. This bag, when used alone is rated for temps down to 30 degrees f. It’s ripstop nylon with polyester fill and is water resistant. It has a reversible double pull zipper which allows the top or bottom end to ventilate and also includes a draft overlapping flap to prevent heat loss. Includes draw string for hood. This bag (the black fits inside the green) is rated for temps down to -10 degrees f. It has a foot box at the bottom that contains double the insulation as the rest of the bag for more warmth. The chest collar prevents air drafts. Like the green patrol, this bag is also ripstop nylon with polyester fill and is water resistant. By placing the black inside the green, and both inside the gore-tex bivy cover you can weather temperatures down to -30. Woodland camo gore-tex bivy cover.
