HOLUBAR (Boulder, CO) Rare Basecamp Ultimate Double Expedition -40 Goose Down Sleeping Bag. Uncleaned as found with no smells, rips, holes or tears. Does have 5 small clear nylon gear-aid repair patches averaging the size of a dime and a quarter located on the top front side in various places and not all that noticeable that could be sewn if desired. Zippers both work great. Comes with a larger thin blue carry bag. About 7 of loft and weighs 9 lbs. 72″ in length to the neckline and tip to tip at 95″ and 45 wide. Very collectible rare bag from the early 70′s USA made which you might not see again. Some internal baffles could be damaged due to age. I didn’t see much of any dirt or stain markings and in general great shape for the age with lots of life left good for the collection or use. This is stored in a loose fashion as all sleeping bags and tents should. Pre-owned and vintage items will have wear and signs of age.
