This is a very comfortable, warm sleeping bag. I recently slept in it at Bryce National Park in the snow and was very comfortable. I measure about 8 of total loft. Vintage REI “Alaskan” Model, Down Filled, Winter Sleeping Bag. One Owner (me), used exclusively in the Colorado mountains. Got this as a graduation present in 1985 (guess I’m vintage too). This bag is WARM! Most of my nights using this I slept on a pad with this as a cover.
