EDDIE BAUER (Seattle, USA) Vintage Expedition Premium Goose Down Mummy Sleeping Bag 7 Loft 8 lbs. Uncleaned as found in excellent overall used condition with no foul smells, rips, holes or tears. Doesn’t look as if it was ever used but the carry bag does have some dirt markings from storage over the years. An extra larger carry bag also included made of a quality waterproof nylon for storing in a loose fashion as recommended. YKK Zipper works great. Weighs 8 lbs and measures a total of 80″ in length and 72″ to the neckline. The neckline has a drawcord for cinching up the neckline very tight if need be. The bag measures about 25″ wide in the middle and narrows near the end at 15″ wide. Topside is 30 wide when layed flat. About 7 of loft when allowed to fully loft out. The larger carry bag measures when flat at 40″ x 27″ and looks to be in new-like condition. The original carry bag measures 20″ x 12″ x 12 when fully stuffed with the sleeping bag. Excellent, Vintage, Eddie Bauer 4Lb 3oz Goose Down Sleeping Bag – Totem Label. It is in beautiful condition, especially for its age. I believe it’s marked 86x70x34. I know 70×34 is correct; I just can’t 100% make out the first number. This is a 4-pound 3-ounce Goose Down bag and is made by Eddie Bauer sometime in the 1950s/1960s. RN number is RN 41668. The outer lining is 100% nylon. It has zippers on the inside as well as the outside, so it is easier to zip up while inside. Also, both sides have zippers and can be expanded if you have more than one bag. The bag was made in Seattle, Washington, USA. Its upper portion is also able to tighten up to a small opening to allow as little air as possible inside, therefore keeping you much more warm for a lot longer period of time. This is a very well-made, expensive bag, so don’t miss this opportunity to get it for a fraction of the price. No smell, stains, rips, or tares. It’s rated as a 30 degree F bag with 900 fill down minimum. This is an extremely high quality sleeping bag. It has no flaws and is in like-new condition. I just don’t need it anymore, but it’s a fantastic and extremely high quality sleeping bag, with Goretex Infinitum material, extremely robust zippers, high quality materials all around, and comfortable. Highly recommend this bag. Note, this is the normal length size, not the long size. Comes with the bag, the carrying case, and the storage sack for down preservation.
