I could not find temperature modes for this sleeping bag, but I pesonally used it with thermarest mattress and had a very good sleep in a military bivouac tent this winter when it was. Outside in Khibiny mountains in December 2015. Can be used for 2 people in fully opened mode. Material: weatherproof durable fabric with insulation batting. Size: one size for all – the sleeping bag is ok for everyone up to and including person with Russian size 60-6 (approximately 5XL and 188cm in height or 6’2).
