Marmot Plasma 15 degree Sleeping Bag. Long 6′ 6 length, 875 goose down fill, Pertex Quantum shell and liner. Bag was used for a 3 week stay with her on a bed inside. Bag has never been used outside and has never been in the stuff or storage sack, which are included with sale. Bag has always been stored fully lofted in a heated/AC spare room in non smoking home. Bag was washed with down soap on 3/19/18 so it is clean and ready for new owner. One small cosmetic issue is 2 decals on the inside zipper draft tube have mostly come off see pictures. A few very very small white specs of the decal stuck to the outside but is not very noticeable and I imagine they will come off at some point. All other decals seem fine. I have a couple of the 875 bags and they all had the same issue with the same decal. But again very minor cosmetic issue. Also the tags on the bottom of the bag were carefully removed. Filled with certified, super-lofty, ultralight, 875-fill-power goose down (the largest down cluster with the lowest trace of feather) for an unsurpassed warmth-to weight ratio. Down is treated to resist moisture to maintain warmth; treated down stays drier 10 times longer, maintains 150% more loft and dries 30% faster than untreated down. Pertex® Quantum nylon ripstop shell is lightweight, durable and silky soft. Shell is treated with a Durable Water Repellent finish that causes moisture to bead up and roll off. Hood drawcord and insulated collar envelop your head and shoulders in warmth; down gasket face muff lets you cinch the hood snug without it digging into your face. Vertical baffles prevent cold spots by keeping the goose down fully lofted and in place. Down-insulated draft tube backs the two-way, full-length zipper to keep the cold out. Wrap-around footbox construction reduces down compression; Flow design with the classic trapezoidal foot box shape lets feet move freely and keeps down lofted for warmth. This listing is for a RAB Quantum Endurance 800 sleeping bag. It uses pertex Endurance fabric on the outside, which is tough and has some water resistance. The bag has 28 oz / 800 g of 850+ goose down fill. It has fully baffled construction and a full length zipper. It has never been used. It has always been stored either hanging up in the closet or in a non-compression bag like you see in the images. You will get a non-compression sack and one lightweight stuff sack. Hi there and welcome to my listing for a BRAND NEW & UNUSED Cumulus Quantum 450 sleeping bag. The Cumulus brand has recently been re-branded as Criterion – same great products just a name change, for what reason I don’t know? Cumulus bags have long been renowned for being incredibly light whilst being superbly warm right down to their stated comfort ranges and they achieve this by using some of the BEST down available and combining this with world renowned Pertex fabrics which are incredibly light and tough. I bought this bag as a middle of the road option as I was intending to go on a summer Alpine trip which didn’t happen when initially planned. When it did take place I opted to use my beefier Rab bag which is good down to -20c instead – the trip was pushing into the winter months and so I needed the security of a warmer bag. As I also have a summer down bag good to around -1c I have never found a use for this bag in the end and whilst I have always kept it for that occasion when it would be the perfect option, my partner has assured me that the (minimal) space that it takes up can be put to better use!!! This is a fantastic bag though and here are the specs. Weight – 865 grams in the stuff-sack – I have weighed this inside a dry bag with a silk liner and it still came out at under 1kg – pretty darn impressive for a 4 season bag. Packed dimensions without compression – 30 cm x 15 cm – this is inside the provided stuff-sack, it can be made almost half that size if used in conjunction with either a dry bag or compression sack – the photo with the wine bottle shows it in its normal stuff-sack – still a ridiculously small and lightweight package. 870 Fill power Polish goose down – some of the very best down in the world. Down / Feather ratio – 96 / 4. Bag Construction method – Trapezoidal. YKK zips and fasteners – the best in the world! Comes with a larger storage bag – it should be and always has been stored in this to prevent the down from losing its lofting abilities.
