Sierra Designs 600 Down Sleeping Bag Arrow Rock 30 Degrees Long. This is a brand new Sierra Designs Sleeping bag filled with 600 down. It is considered “long” so it works great for tall people or those who want extra room in their bag. I bought this bag several years ago with the intentions of camping however it was never used due to a herniated disc in my back. See my other auctions for more camping/hiking goods. I bought the lighter’Rock’ Wren to combine with a synthetic layer over it for a lightweight system I could wear. As layers for climbing. It is REALLY nice to have a warm walk around layer in morning. It has a center zipper on the chest (which has a sewn down baffle), and two arm holes that can be zipped close. The bottom has an elastic cinch chord that you can pull up waist high or wherever to sit around. The campfire or do your business. Feather Friends Rock Wren 35F Down Sleeping Bag Green/Black. FEATHERED FRIENDS ROCK WREN SLEEPING BAG (LONG) PRE-OWNED. Really hate to part with this bag- was creating a modular system combining this with a synthetic quilt. Don’t see them for sale often and I think FF is out of stock. I’m about 42-45 inches around at chest/waist/hip measurements. It fit but it was just a little too snug with layers for my taste. Might have FF make one custom I like the idea so much. Should fit the typical tall/thin climber fine. Such a GREAT concept that others have TRIED to copy, but this combines a cord lock to secure the footbox up higher. For walking around camp, etc. First photo above is online stock. The rest are mine of the bag and storage bag. NO smaller stuff sack included as I use a Sea to Summit Event which I recommend or the new eVAC which sounds great too. The unique Rock Wren is a favorite of backpackers and big-wall climbers alike. The zippered arm holes of the Wren series allow you to wear your bag like an uber-warm parka when you’re perched 10 pitches up, and the two-way center zip provides a convenient opening to remain tied in while you sleep. Trips out of the tent in the wee hours of the morning are no longer a matter of necessity overcoming endurance; the Wren’s drawcord bottom the bag can be opened up and easily slipped above the waist. Rated to 35ºF / 2ºC when all apertures are fully closed. Trapezoidal footbox with drawstring opening. Continuous baffles let you position the insulation where you need it. 3D contoured hood opens wide for warm nights and cinches tight when the temps start to drop. Zippered arm holes on each side. Overlapping dual-webbing zip guard guides the fabric away from the zipper and eliminates the need for a stiff or heavy fabric layer that can interfere with the draft tube seal.
