Feathered Friends Down Sleeping Bag in very good condition. Top quality USA made sleeping bag. I have owned Western Mountaineering and Feathered Friends sleeping bags and parkas. FF is just as good if not better than WM. For instance, I owned a Rab, a WM, and a FF down parka. The quality and loft of the FF noticeably stood above the Rab and WM. Based on my other bags I would say that this would be a three season 25F bag. But please remember cold ratings are highly subjective to the individual physiology of the user. At an even six foot and 185lbs, I prefer the regular size bags that don’t require packing the extra weight and warming up the extra room and all my bags are regular sized. Comes with a large cotton storage bag. Unfortunately I have had to relist this SB as the purchaser turned out to be a professional scammer, i. The check arrived for 10x the amount and I was suppose to deposit the check and return the excess along with the SB to the purchaser. RED FLAG, AWOOOGA, AWOOOGA, DIVE, DIVE. This is a top quality bag bought for a Annapurna Base Camp trek back in 2000. Slept in by my wife for those 10 nights, and then has lived in a cupboard (in a nice big bag) ever since, awaiting the next high altitude expedition. Since we have had kids 16 years ago that is frankly never going to happen again, so I may as well face facts and sell this bag. As I say, 10 nights sleep is all this has had and it’s been stored uncompressed so all the loft is still there. Would suit someone who is going high, this is incredibly warm and for sub zero temperatures only. It’s twin brother is now doing service out in the Andes – see my previous listing.
