Jacks R Better No Sniveller Ultralight wearable down (2.5 inches of 800 fill down) backpacking quilt system. With included hood and arm sleeves (size Large) the quilt can be worn as a poncho in addition to being your sleep system. Includes stuff sack for quilt and storage bags for quilt and hood and sleeves. I’ve owned this several years but have probably used it less than 10 times and it’s been kept in great shape. One very small stain on the quilt that I can find. From a non-smoking home. Includes the “Down to Earth” pad converter and pad. This uses velcro to connect the quilt to the pad. Here are the stats that I have. Quilt 78 ” x 48″ 21 oz. Pad 8.6 oz. Sleeves & hood 8.3 oz. Overall a very nice and flexible system. The quilt is in excellent used condition free of any cuts, tears, nicks or damage outside of normal usage. All velcro areas connect as expected. Keeping you warm is. 800 fill power Activ-dridown! This water repellant treatment of the down does a great job of keeping the quilt in excellent working. Condition regardless of climate, humidity, tent conditions, etc. The quilt has the incredibly designed ability to be worn over your head and around your body to create a wearable quilt. This is accomplished via velcro lined access in the middle of the quilt. The quilt comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. This incredible quilt served my wife well on two separate week long hikes. It is in excellent used (but never abused) condition. Included with the quilt is the original stuff sack that works well to create a compact sleeping quilt sure to keep you warm in the backcountry. Conservatively rated to 20ºF (-6.667ºC) the Sierra Sniveller was designed with the ground sleeper in mind. It is wider (55 inches) at the shoulders and down through the hips to eliminate drafts, and tapers to 45 inches at the foot end. Six lacing tabs have been added to the sides to secure the quilt around a pad if desired. Form the foot box and use as a top quilt or wear as a serape using the non-snagging, mixed hook & loop re-sealable head-hole. Over-stuff : 25% over-stuff included! Length: 86 inches (2.18 m). Width: 49 inches (1.39 m) we chose to narrow the quilt during production to drop a couple ounces. Weight: 26 ounces (0.74 kg). Material: 1.1 Taffetta DWR Nylon. This quilt is amazing. Unbelievable amount of warmth for the weight of this thing. Its rated for 25 degrees but i have used it in far colder temps and feel that it is much warmer than many 20 degree rated bags i have used. Haven’t used this much and its still in excellent condition. I have always stored this properly and it still has an amazing loft to it. This is the older version with the sewn toe box. 800 fill goose down. 78 inches in length. Weighs about 24 oz. Comes with stuff sack. The item “Down Quilt.
