Western Mountaineering Puma GWS Sleeping Bag Long Left Zip. I bought it in LA from the producer of a documentary who bought it brand new and used it for the climbing crew for a 1 week production. Other than that its never been used. Its 2.5 years old and I bought it 1.5 years ago. I have never used it. Known by Volcanologists the world over youd think this Puma MF was filled with high lofting lava! 9.5 of loft, 36 oz. Of 850+ fill power down, two densely packed Interlocking Draft Tubes and a full down filled collar will keep you in the ring of fire till 25 below zero. Its VBlock Side Baffle provides phenomenal down control, so necessary in a bag with this much loft. You get a 64 shoulder girth so that theres even room for layering. The MicroLite XP shell has superior breathability while being extremely water resistant. This bundle of warmth weighs in at just 3 lb. Western Mountaineering Apache down sleeping bag, rated to 15 degrees, 6’0″ model (actual measurement closer to 6’10″) in a rose/dark pink kind of color. Very good condition with no stains, rips, tears, holes or odors. There was a small snag that has been patched with a Patagonia Gear Repair 1/2 oval black patch, as shown in pics (those things work GREAT on down gear, even after washing they stick tight). Bag is lightweight and ultra warm. Left hand zip with drawstring at top. No stuff sack included. Has been stored loose to maintain the down’s fluffiness. Five years old Western Mountaineering AlpinLite sleeping bag. 850 fill down, 2# 1oz 20F 65″ shoulder, 56″ hip and 39 foot girth. Size long for 6’6 occupant. I have use this bag on numerous summits between 15,000′ and 10,000′ and enjoyed every night. An excellent arrow to have in the Quiver. I have installed a couple of snaps to allow for a common liner that I use in all my sleeping bags. Other than those two snaps the bag has no rips, tears or other blemishes. Go to the WM website and find the product details page, and then the “Materials” page to read about the Extremelite Fabric. The best part about the taffeta lining is how quickly it warms up when you first get into the bag. Western Mountaineering Badger MF. I bought this new October 2020 for the winter season and it has been used over three trips for a total of 15-nights. I always sleep in thermals o r silkies and therefore never bother with a bag liner. Please note that I can not find the original storage sack (I never use them, see pictures) but, it comes with a stuff sack.
