Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back. Measure from top of inside leg at crotch to ankle bone. To measure your feet stand on a level floor with the back of your heels against a straight edge or wall. Measure your foot length by placing a ruler flat on the floor straight alongside the inside of your foot from your heel to your toes. Place an object with a flat edge straight across your toes with the edge touching the tip of your longest toe.
Take the measurement (in millimeters) from the ruler where the flat edge crosses (see image below). This is your foot length measurement.
If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size. You may find one foot is longer than the other, this is quite normal, please use the larger size when making your shoe size selection. To find your glove size, measure with the dominant hand. E if you are right handed, measure your right hand.
Measure your hand circumference by measuring around the hand at the fullest part. Over and underneath your knuckles. Measure from the tip of the middle finger to the base of the hand. Use the largest of these two measurements for the correct glove size and use the chart accordingly. To determine your head (hat) size, measure around your head (circumference) as shown in the image.
