The black bag is designed to fit around the patrol bag for use in much colder conditions but can also be used alone. It is lightweight with an adjustable hood, made of rip-stop nylon and constructed to military standards. Cold weather climates (30 to -10 ° f). Approx 78 inches long x 30 inches wide.
