Each sleeping bag system contains 4 components, described in detail below: the patrol sleeping, the intermediate cold weather sleeping bag, the bivy cover, and compression stuff sack. The sleeping bags can be used independently or snapped together into the sleep system, providing comfortable year-round sleeping conditions. Snaps hold the sleeping bags and bivy cover in place, so they will not move or slide around on you when you’re trying to get in or out.
