The two bags and the bivy snaps together to give you a -30f temp rating. And bags and bivy fits into the compression sack for easy storage. This od green mummy-style sleeping bag is rated for temperatures down to 30 f. It features an oversized zipper for easy opening and closing, and snaps for connecting to the other sleep system components. It also features a draft flap over the zipper to prevent heat loss, as well as a drawstring cord around around the hood to seal in even more heat. Exterior dimensions, when laid flat. It also features velcro fasteners around the hood which can be fastened to prevent openings during rainy or extremely cold weather. This black stuff sack has 9 nylon straps for compression..
