It is a left zip, and from memory is rated to 35 degrees. It includes the small stuff sack which is used when backpacking. It does not include the larger stuff sack when storing at home, as that has disappeared over the years. The bag spent 10 days on the trail, (no rain), so has not been wet, and since that time has been used for occasional tent camping, or to stay warm at home. No rips, tears, or damage, as the bag is pristine. The only item to note, is the stuff sack has our last name and trek number on it in silver sharpie, which you can cover as required. The inflation nozzle needs some work, as sometime it holds air and sometime it does not, and conversely sometimes it deflates, and sometimes does not. A good backpacker can likely fix as I could not. Nice, lightweight bag, which really stuffs down to a small size. Thanks for looking and good luck. Watcher emailed that Listing specifics say Highlite and Title says Extremlite. Ebays listing genie evidently picked up Highlite. If you enlarge the white tag that is on the bag, though faint you can make out still Megalite Extremelite series.
