US Army USGI Five Piece Improved Modular Sleep System. These systems are in used very good condition with no holes rips or tears. The system is fully functional, all buttons/zippers work, however they were issued to soldiers in the field and will show signs of wear and previous use such as; writing on the outside of the stuff sacks or the bag, possible light fading, etc. Size note / helpful tidbit: I have been able to compress the system complete down to 12″ x 12″. All photos are stock examples the item will be used Very Good condition. The US Army Improved 5 Piece ACU Digital Sleep System is a sleeping bag system constructed to insulate the user in environments ranging from mild weather to extremely cold weather. The system consists of two Mummy style sleeping bags. There is the Patrol (Foliage Green) and the Intermediate Cold Weather (Urban Grey). Each bag is constructed of water-resistant ripstop nylon. Each bag is fully functional independently in temperate condition, or used together for colder condition. For a temperature to -30°, insert the Intermediate Cold Weather bag inside the Patrol bag. Each bag is compatible with the vapor permeable bivy cover. When all 3 components are used together the system is rated to provide 4 hours sleep at -40°F. This 5 piece system includes both the small and large compression stuff sack. Non-flammable and machine washable. Water resistant ripstop nylon. Reversible double-pull (opens end to end) slider allows top or bottom ventilation. Non-locking slide fastener self repairs if jammed or snagged. Draft flap prevents heat loss. Hood adjusts for heat retention; includes nylon drawcord and barrel lock. INTERMEDIATE COLD WEATHER BAG FEATURES. Water resistant, ripstop nylon. Free from cold spots. Insulation does not migrate in the bag. Anatomically designed foot box contains twice the insulation as the bag. Sewn-in, quilted chest collar prevents air drafts up and down through the hood. Hood adjusts for heat retention; includes nylon draw cord and barrel lock. Waterproof and windproof 3-layer laminant fabric. Includes snap fastener and slide fastener. ACU Digital Camo Pattern. STUFF SACK FEATURES: Large and Small. Compressible to one cubic foot. 1-wide nylon webbing straps adjust by ladder lock buckles. Reinforcement webbing is sewn around the circumference of the bag. MARMOT Women’s “Pinnacle” 800 Fill Ultralight +15 Degree Mummy Backpacking Sleeping Bag (2 lbs 8 oz). Very nice bag used once lightly and comes with 2 carry bags one for storing loosely as recommended and the other for compressing and packed for use. In near mint condition and no flaws found and uncleaned as found but the bag is very clean and looks still brand new. This bag is unique in which the light blue nylon shell lining is also transparent so the shadows of the down you can see under certain lighting. The bag is extremely lofty with a loft of about 6 or so. The bag measures 72″ in length and is about 20″ wide in the middle laying flat. Pre-owned and vintage items will have wear and signs of age. Please view the pictures closely and use photos for condition and description. Please DON’T ASSUME something comes with it. If you do NOT see it in the pictures then its NOT included… My home is a smoke and pet free home but the item could have been found and came from another source.
