Feathered Friends “Ptarmigan” Expedition Series Sleeping Bag, Regular Size. This bag is in like new condition. I don’t see any defects; this bag is in perfect condition. I don’t know any of the history of this collection of equipment, but most of it is unused with tags still attached, or is in like new condition if there are no tags. This bag is like new, with tags attached. I don’t know when he bought it or how long he’s had it. I would not consider it “current model” Feathered Friends equipment.
Feathered Friends “Widgeon” Expedition Series Sleeping Bag, Regular Size. 800 fill down with 2 ounces of “overfill”. Fabric is eVent, which is waterproof and breathable. This bag is in like new condition. I don’t see any defects; this bag is in perfect condition. Feathered Friends Ptarmigan -20 Winter/Mountaineering Expedition Down Sleeping Bag in very good used condition. Full loft, clean, no odors. Winter climbing and backcountry travel in the lower 48. Regular length fits to 6″0″ or thereabouts. Has five small patches: on the edge of the hood, with minor abrasion nearby; on the left side near the foot; on the end of the foot (this is the only one that’s noticeable); on the underside of the foot; and on the lower third of the right side. Generic stuff sack included.
New, never used outside. Stored in dry room in provided cotton bag. Bought last year for full retail straight from feathered friends and realized this year it’s way too warm for my needs. One of the highest end sleeping bags on the market for ultralight backpacking. Comes with original stuff sack, cotton storage sack, and waterproof liner. Made in USA (Seattle). Feathered Friends Snow Goose Sleeping Bag. It is a great bag for mountaineering and snow camping. Our plans did not work out and this particular bag was never used. I did catch the corner of the bag on a hanger when putting it into a large garment bag for safe storage. You can see the very small patch over what was a small nick in the shell in the last photo.
