Regular length, 850+ goose down fill. Used a total of 6 nights, always with long johns, etc. It has one tiny hole that I patched with Tenacious Tape and Seam Sealerno more than a single feather or two escaped and it did not affect the bag at all. A 20 degree bag with 6 of loft, it can be used as a single person bag OR coupled with the groundsheet as a twin bag. Cotton and synthetic stuff sacks, as well as coupler sheet, included.
