Sierra Designs Women’s Backcountry Bed 800F 3 Season Sleeping Bag. This item is a customer return from a sporting goods retailer. Item is in fair condition and looks like it may have been used two or three times. Item was washed at our facility in a front load washer and allowed to hang dry. Retail tags are included but not attached. There are several faint spots on the bag and a quarter size spot on the stuff sack. Please see all 8 photos below. The main difference between the Lynx and the Puma Super is the girth, with the Puma Super coming in at 66″/57″/39″ at the shoulder/hip/foot and the Lynx being tighter at 63″/55″/39″. This bag is teal blue in Color not Royal blue as the pictures show (don’t know why). This is a size 6’6. Loft is 8 1/2 inches, and was rated to -15F. Weight is 3lb 15oz. Fill is, of course, the exceptional 850 fill that Western Mountaineering is noted for. Condition is as good as new. I stopped winter ski mountaineering after using this bag twice, as I found I preferred sleeping in a hut instead of a tent! No marks, stains, or wear. Gore DryLoft was the predecessor to Gore’s Windstopper. Not fully waterproof (full Gore had condensation issues when used in a sleeping bag) but extremely water resistant. DryLoft is especially useful in humid winter conditions as it will reduce the slow loss of loft when used over many days in a damp environment (like a snow cave).
