I bought this in 2015 and have used it about 10 nights out. I’m giving up on the quilt thing and going bag to mummy bags. Also, I sleep cold and even though this bag is rated for 20 degrees, for me it is more like 30-32 degrees. But the extra length doesn’t add much weight and is nice to pull over your head. I will hand wash this weekend so it will be clean when it ships. From the 2015 invoice. Western Mountaineering Highlite 850+ goose down 6’6″ 35 degree left zipper 3.5″ loft. 9 oz fill weight. It still looks brand new and functions flawlessly. It was never abused as I would unpack it when setting up camp, sleep in it (always clothed) and then pack it back up in the morning. It has always been stored at home in the digicam bag allowing for maximum loft maintenance. The bag does not harbor any odors and comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home. I baby my gear and hope to pass on some savings to another ultralight backpacker. The scale pic is on a basic kitchen food scale and the approx 18 oz weight includes the bag stuffed into WM stuff sack. My initials are DM and appear on the bag label as a family member had the same exact sleeping bag on backpacking trips.
