Each bag is compatible with the vapor permeable ACU bivy cover. When all 3 components are used together the system is rated to provide 4 hours sleep at -40°F. Non-flammable and machine washable. Also includes (2) Stuff Sack / Compression Sacks: (1) Size Large and (1) Size Small. Water resistant, rip-stop nylon. Reversible double-pull (opens end to end) slider allows top or bottom ventilation. Non-locking slide fastener self repairs if jammed or snagged. Draft flap prevents heat loss. He absorbed the compilation of war experience and constructive thoughtfulness, which boils down to a simple principle – everything that is needed in the trench. The DUGOUT sleeping bag has a modular design, so it can be used directly as a sleeping bag, poncho and field blanket. The design consists of two elements that are connected to each other with the help of two zippers on the sides. When assembled, the DUGOUT is a sleeping bag that can be used while wearing all the equipment plate carrier, helmet, etc. The lower part is closed with hook-and-loop, so if necessary, you can open them to lie down without taking off your shoes or sit outside. The front part of the sleeping bag is unfastened and turns into a poncho in which you can stand on the post. Thanks to the upper material, such a poncho protects against being detected by a thermal imager for a short period of time. When assembled, there is a hook-and-loop opening in the front, which is the neck of the poncho, which can be used as a sanitary valve in extreme cases. The hood is adjustable using a drawstring with a stopper, which allows you to adjust the volume and its fit on the head or helmet. Special straps with fastex are placed on the outer part to twist the sleeping bag and transport it in your hands or by attaching it to other equipment. The outer material of the sleeping bag is a Fil membrane. This fabric does an excellent job of protecting against precipitation and removing excess vapor from the body. The insulation is made of light synthetic material Hollowsoft®, it retains heat well, does not absorb moisture and is easy to care for.
