Vintage Down Insulated Thaw Corporation Sleeping Bag, perfect for any outdoor camping adventure. Crafted with a high-quality polyester shell and filled with luxurious down insulation.
This is a great sleeping bag by Woods Mfg Co in Ogdensburg, NY. It is the featherlite down and canvas model and comes with the original bag. It weighs approximately 5 lbs. The carry bag does have a rip in it.. The sleeping bag had two small tears (less than 2) which have been repaired and are shown in the last two photos. There are several spots where the strings have come loose on the surface but it does not affect the bag in any way. Please feel free to message me with any questions..
This bag is in very nice condition.. There are some flaws which do not affect the use of the sleeping bag at all. There are some small holes in the flannel fabric near the head (the extra “flap”). There are a few paint stains on the storage bag and a couple spots on the sleeping bag itself.. Other than that the bag is in excellent condition. The zippers and snaps work perfectly and it’s super heavy and warm. The name RL Brydon is on it (my friends grandfather who owned the bag). Please feel free to message me with any questions..
Bag measurements are approximately 76″ long, 31″ wide at top and 22 wide at bottom. CONDITION: Pre-owned in great condition! There are a couple of light stains and a small snag. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message! Always happy to answer &####128522.

Army green bag- there is some pretty heavy fading on the outside flap and the sides and middle- when rolled out looks like tie dye. Sones holes on the flap- I didn’t see any holes on the bag. Zipper is structurally fine, but hard to deal with- I had to try to continually straighten out the next section of zipper to get it down. A few stains on outside when unrolled. Inside flannel is in great condition overall. Dark green bag-heavy fading on this one too- especially on one side- fewer stains than the other bag. Inside flannel is great- zipper is the same as the other one. Get ready for your next camping trip with this lot of two vintage Coleman sleeping bags featuring a flying ducks design. Trailwise 100% white goose down, hooded, modified mummy bags -20 Really! Two bags can be zipped together to form one bag that sleeps two persons. Original Trailwise, made in Berkeley Calif. Used very little in the 70′s. Held on to them in case of a prolonged power outage (never happened). Stored in a large box – not stuffed. 72″ to the shoulders, 84″ to the top of the hood and 32 across the shoulders. There is a drawstring at the neck-hood and the entire zipper is covered with a down tube to prevent drafts. Sleeping in your underwear is the correct way to sleep in a bag like this (keep your outerwear in the bag to be warm when you get dressed).
