This is a listing for a VERY LIGHTLY used Zpacks ultralight sleeping bag. I only used this for 2 or 3 nights a couple years ago and have kept it stored uncompressed in a large sack, inside of its own rubbermade container ever sense. The condition is flawless, and the picture of it unrolled does not do its craftsmanship justice. I put it in cuben-fiber roll top stuff sack for the included picture and then took it right back out again. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this sleeping bag. There are no stains, tears, marks, rips, discolorations, smells, or other signs of use. Whomever buys this will be getting a great deal on a bag that is as close to new as possible while still being used. This bag is 900 fill power pure goose down. It will fit someone up to about 5′ 8 tall with a lean/ athletic build. There is no hood on this bag-this is an intentional design choice to minimize weight. Zpacks 30 degree hoodless sleeping bag /zippable quilt, bottom zipper. Green outer fabric and black inner , size is long length regular width, 72 inches by 62 inches, weighs just over a pound on my scale. It’s a few years old but I’ve only used about ten nights with clean sleeping clothes. No stuffsack is included… Stored laying flat and uncompressed. The sewing on this quilt is solid but not pretty. Used on a couple weekend trips this summer and thats it. Always stored in its storage bag uncompressed. Its like new and clean with no damage. Will include the storage bag and the nylon stuff bag as well as a cuben fiber zpacks dry bag (not shown). Its dark green on the exterior and black interior. It weighs 19.4 oz on my scale in the zpacks dry bag. Rated at 20 and is standard length standard width and no overfill. Has the snaps on the footbox (as shown). Excellent Zpacks 20 degree ultralight down sleeping bag. Zpacks quality materia l and const ruction. The bag opens up underneath you like a blanket for easy temperature control when it is warm out, and a 3/4 length zipper and neck elastic allow you to bundle up when the temperature turns cold. Width: 60 at the shou l der draw string Length: approx. 5′ 10 long Fill: 900 down W eight: 19 oz. S tored unstuffed , from a smoke free home. Lightly used and in very good condition. Features (from Zpacks): – Tightly spaced compartments help keep the down evenly distributed. For the most warmth fluff up the down each night by shaking the bag before use. There are no “sewn through” cold spots, including in the foot area. The only cold spot is the zipper, which is positioned on the bottom underneath you. Each chamber is overstuffed with 30% more 900 Fill Power Premium Goose Down than is necessary for maximum loft to account for any future down compression. Down bags can last for decades with care! – Black ripstop nylon on the inside for quick drying. Both the liner and the shell are treated with durable water repellant to resist rain spray and body moisture. The shell material is reasonably durable for normal use, and it can also be repaired easily with matching Nylon Repair Tape. 3/4 Length Zipper extends to your calves. The zipper is positioned on the bottom of the bag giving it two advantages: The bag can easily be opened up for venting in “quilt mode”. Most of the time you probably won’t even use the zipper. Since the zipper is underneath you no draft tube is necessary- that means less weight and much less chance of a frustrating zipper snag. Getting in and out is as easy as turning the zipper to the side, or just slide in or out the top of the bag. A draft tube is available as an option if you want one. A flat clip at the top of the zipper keeps the zipper securely closed. Or use the clip alone with the zipper opened for venting. An Elastic cord can be cinched tight around your neck to keep out drafts, or pull the bag up around your ears. This bag does not have a hood- wear a warm hat, or a Goose Down Hood, or size up in length if you want to pull it up around your head. This is a 2014 or 15 ultralight 800 down sleeping bag and a small stuff sac from zpacks, it’s their key/ wallet bag, about 3″x3″. The sleeping bag is enlightened equipment, 800 down and it’s downtek coated, like a waterproof coating on the down. Its 72 long and 63 wide in all, weight is 21.4 oz on my scale, though this is not a pro scale, but relatively accurate. The bag has been my daughters, she hasnt used it much, no rips or stains or anything, has a hint of perfume smell.
