This bag is an older model, very lightly used. Never machine washed or dry cleaned. Would recommend sending to Feathered Friends for cleaning and repair on small tear. I have used it very sparingly through the years, and have stored it hanging in a closet on hanger. Other than the small tear, this bag is in excellent condition.
