This is a great bag. The lightest 20F bag I’ve owned. It weighs 1lb 14.5oz. It is 1.5oz over spec. But I suspect that that 1.5oz is down and the reason why this lofts more than the 5 that it’s spec’ed at. Made with a Pertex Quantum outer shell and a 22 denier lining. It feels great against the skin and is suprisingly strong. The bag has a 24 chest zip that vents well and allows me to wear the bag and use my arms at the same time. The FootVent works well. There is no accidental opening of the vent and it seals up completely and doesn’t leak. The hood comfortably wraps my head and creates a breathing hole right at the mounth. The quality of the stitching is topnotch. Uses 800 fill down and lofts to 6. It actually is more like a 10-15F bag. The girth at the shoulders is 60″ and it is 72″ long. This is a very sweet bag. He also said that hed snagged the zipper on the flap which caused a minor hole. He then used Tenacious Tape along the full length to repair and prevent any future repeat snags. Its a regular length bag and is a little on the short side for me, Im 60 and 180lbs. Even so, its one of the best bags Ive slept in. Golite Feather 20F Medium Regular Down Ultralight Sleeping Bag. This is a very rare and really nice ultralight bag. Silky soft in and out. The Pertex Quantum shell fabric is so amazingly soft and slick. The polyester lining is nice and smooth and comfy warm. It has a center half-zip that saves weight. The foot has a unique vent that you can stick your feet out of if you get too warm. Otherwise it seals to keep your little piggies nice and warm. Fits up to 6 long with a 65 shoulder girth. British Army Surplus Mk2 Arctic Sleeping Bag. DOES NOT COME WITH A COMPRESSION SACK. A Great quality down and feather filled hard to find Sleeping bag. All nylon construction, feather and down filled, these sleeping bags have been in storage for a few years. As with all “old style” sleeping bags, the feathers are always trying to escape. To avoid being “pricked” to death we recommend using a sleeping bag liner. Considering the age of them (manufactured in the 1980′s) they still loft up remarkably well, although they will show signs of age and storage. They will have signs of. And may have been repaired internally or externally. They have full length central crash zip which is covered by a good size baffle. Images are representative of the bag you will receive. For ultralight backpackers you know GoLite made some amazing gear and were way ahead of their time. This bag has been very well taken care of. I use it like a under quilt/top quilt for my hammock because the open foot box allows me to actually feed the hammock through the sleeping bag. It’s pretty genius design.
