I used this bag once for about a week in the Boundary Waters about 8 years ago and has been in the bag ever since. If you’re looking to travel light, this is the bag for you as it weighs next to nothing. I’m 6’1, so the long version of this bag was a necessity. I’ve had a few questions regarding the bag’s rating. This is a long bag (fits to 6.6) and a right zip. 800 fill rated for 15 degrees. The bag is in good condition: no holes or tears or loss of feathers, zipper works great, nylon fabric is in good condition. It is used: it doesn’t loft quite as much as it used to, has some mild stains on a portion of the fabric, and some normal signs of wear and tear. That being said it is still a very warm bag! And seeing as these retail at around $450 this is your chance to snag a great bag for cheap! I’ve included quite a few pictures to give you an idea of the quality. Slept in for 2 nights only. Comes with large storage bag and stuff sack. Always stored hanging in a closet. Bag itself is very clean and from pet/smoke free home. See pics for a patch that is covering a 1.5″x1.5″ l shaped tear. Girlfriend related closet door situation… Could be used as is or sewn by a pro. Only other issue is the storage bag got some cooking oil on it and has some discoloration but is fully functional.
