This bag has been lovingly cared for and has always been properly stored. It has fantastic loft, is thick and full. It is unbelievably thick (folded in half it is almost 8 inches thick uncompressed). Made in Canada and filled with goose down. There is no brand label. Attached hood with fleece lining on one side and nylon on the other. The hood needs sewing on the top and in the corner. Neither item affects its use. Right or Left side zip as it is reversible. Measurement for its width is approximately 26 inches. This is a great sleeping bag for fall or winter. Montbell Ultralight Super Spiral Down Hugger Sleeping Bag #3- 30 Degree Bag. This is a great ultralight backpacking sleeping bag, especially for anyone who doesn’t like traditional mummy bags and how they can be rather tight fitting. The super spiral design stretches with your body to allow you to sleep in a variety of positions. In fact it’s so stretchy you can even sit up with your legs crossed in the sleeping bag! Also because it’s stretchy it conforms to your body to eliminate cold spots and help keep you warm. I’m a stomach and side sleeper and so this bag was perfect for me over traditional mummy bags. This sleeping bag is the long length and easily fits me in it and I’m 6’4. It only weighs 23.3oz, so it’s ultralight and packable. In fact in the images above you can see it next to a standard nalgene bottle to get an idea of the packed size. Please note the Nalgene bottle is not included, but the 8L Sea to Summit stuff sack is included. Also included is a cotton loose bag for storing the sleeping bag in an uncompressed state. This sleeping bag does not have any draft baffles so it’s best for 2.5-3 season backpacking. The bag is in great condition and I’ve washed it with down safe wash every year.
